Avanti Pastry Blender

This pastry blender makes light work of shortening pastry. It is designed to incorporate butter or margarine quickly and efficiently into dry ingredients such as flour and sugar - the key to a light, flakey texture. Made of heavy duty stainless steel, it features sturdy curved blades with bevelled edges to avoid sticking. The non-slip handle has a soft grip that absorbs pressure and cushions the hand which prevents fatigue and cramping.
