Edible gold leaf has been used for centuries as decoration for the most lavish table settings and lucullan feasts. When consumed these edible gold leaf disintegrates in the mouth without flavour, but beautifully enhances edible delights. 

Important note: These loose edible gold leaves are extremely delicate so extreme care must be taken when taking them out of packaging. When removing gold leaf, please do so slowly as due to it being so thin, sheets can fold over very easily. Gilder's Knife/Gilder's Tip/Tweezers are recommended tools for handling this product.
