The Avanti Ultra grip Nylon Skimmer is great for skimming fats and froths off soups and sauces. Its heat resistant nylon head is safe to use with any cookware, including non-stick surfaces and is bonded to a stainless steel core for added strength. The soft ergonomic handle allows a comfortable and secure grip when cooking. Also great for draining pasta or freshly poached eggs.
Hand Wash in soapy water & dry thoroughly after washing.
