In this one day Beginner friendly Course you will learn all the basics you need to get started in cake decorating.

Run on a sunday , this course will teach you how to:

• -Flavour  buttercream
• - Cover a cake in ganache and fondant
•  - Torte cakes in even layers and carve

• -work with edible images
