Choc Chip Muffin Mix 1kg 

Ingredients: Wheat flour (thiamine, folate), Sugar, Vegetable fats and oils (antioxidant (307)), Milk
solids, Egg powder, Raising agents (450, 500), Maize starch, Soy flour, Emulsifiers (471, 481),
Dextrose, Salt, Natural flavour, Vegetable gum (412), Colour (102).

Allergens: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy, Gluten. May Contain: Nuts, Sulphites.

Baking Ingredients:

• Water 420ml
• Muffin Mix 1kg

Method:

1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Blend on Low Speed for 1 Minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Blend on Second Speed for 1 Minute.
5.  Deposit into Muffin Tins.
6.  Bake in Oven at 220 °C for 15 - 20 minutes
7. *Adjust Baking Time to Batter Drop Weight
