For soild chocolate just fill to the top of mold and let set. Remove when chocolate has set hard.
For filling or shells fill molds with cooler melted chocolate then tip and pour chocolate onto bench or tray.
Allow chocolate to set, add fillings and add more chocolate to the mold, scrap top and let chocolate set.
